The initiative focused on providing critical support to 17-year-old Tongtong (a pseudonym), who has been living with myasthenia gravis for 11 years. Due to his long-term illness, Tongtong can only move his head, leaving his mother to shoulder the entire burden of household management and caregiving, while the family faces numerous hardships. Upon learning of their situation, Zhengde Intelligent Control promptly stepped in, joining forces with the local subdistrict, community organizations, and caring enterprises to launch a joint donation drive, bringing warmth and hope to this family mired in adversity.
