Sine wave control

  Sine wave control mode using the SVPWM wave, the output is 3-phase sine wave voltage, the corresponding current is sine wave current. This way there is no square wave to control the concept of commutation, or that an electrical cycle within an infinite number of commutation. Obviously, the sine wave control compared to the square wave control, the torque ripple is small, less current harmonics, control feel more "delicate", but the performance requirements of the controller slightly higher than the square wave control, and the motor efficiency can not play to The maximum value.

FOC control

Sine wave control to achieve the control of the voltage vector, the indirect realization of the current size of the control, but can not control the direction of the current. FOC control mode can be considered to be an upgraded version of the sine wave control, to achieve the current vector control, that is, to achieve the motor stator magnetic field vector control.

As the direction of the motor stator magnetic field is controlled, the motor stator magnetic field and the rotor magnetic field can be maintained at 90 ° at all times to achieve the maximum torque output at a certain current. FOC control mode has the advantages of small torque fluctuation, high efficiency, low noise, fast dynamic response; the disadvantage is: the higher the cost of the hardware, the controller performance has higher requirements, the motor parameters to match.
